 There are several types of piggy bank in our piggery. The large pottery piggy banks at the top of the page pigs are hand made and consequently they're all unique and the colours may vary slightly. Read more about them at the bottom of the page, or click here. The large pigs do have bungs to get the money out, the extra large pigs don't have bungs.

 The smaller piggy banks with logos are made by renowned manufacturer Gleneagles and are part of their new "Stonewitwords" range of pottery with amusing logos, these are the last remainig ones we can get hold of. These piggy banks do have bungs underneath. The other pigs on this page are samples of some of the other fine money boxes we have in our Fun and Animals collections

The Piggery

 The Extra Large and Large pigs are hand made and hand painted in North Wales in a small private studio. Because of this, every one is unique, and consequently the colours of both the pig and the decoration may vary slightly. NOTE: The Extra Large piggy banks don't have a bung so once they're full you can have fun trying to get the coins back out through the slot. You could always smash the pig, but it would be a shame to spoil such a nice money box, although it would make a great opportunity to get another piggy bank in a different colour.
